As Catalyst’s Client Project Manager, Charlotte is dedicated to ensuring that clients’ R&D tax incentive claims are delivered promptly and efficiently. She manages the project team and serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the team. Charlotte works closely with clients to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the claim lifecycle.
Charlotte completed her PhD at the University of Bristol in 2024. During her doctoral studies, she played a pivotal role in the development of a novel vaccine for Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). Her contributions were instrumental in the establishment of Imophoron Ltd, a spin-out company focused on the commercialisation of the vaccine platform. In addition to her research activities, Charlotte was integral to the commissioning of Imophoron’s research laboratory, where she procured essential equipment and consumables and drafted company policies.
Charlotte transitioned into a client project manager role at NEPIC, a not-for-profit membership organisation supporting the process and manufacturing industries in the North East of England. As Pharmaceutical Project Manager, she led delivery activities for the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and managed member accounts within the cluster. Her success at fostering strong relationships with members drove successful outcomes across cluster development activities.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys running, walks in the countryside and dabbles in a bit of birdwatching at her local nature reserve. She is a keen cook and baker (albeit not so good at the decorating element), and enjoys gardening.
