At Catalyst R&D, Tom leads business growth through strong partnerships, clear communication, and a technical understanding of how R&D tax credits can support businesses. He has built key regional partnerships with Barclays Eagle Labs and Tramshed Tech, connecting Catalyst with the wider entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. He also regularly contributes to university roundtables, drop-in clinics, and innovation network events, helping ambitious businesses understand the support available to them and how to access funding that fuels their growth.
Tom is passionate about making specialist R&D tax advice accessible to businesses of every size, not just those with the resources of a large in-house team. Helping people succeed, both clients and colleagues, is what motivates him every day.
