Chris is a Chartered Tax Advisor with a big personality.
He has nearly a decade of experience in leading R&D Tax Incentive claims, from pre-revenue tech start-ups, to globally leading brands. In his time within the R&D Industry, Chris and his teams have led on claims delivering over £150 million in benefits to clients.
Following his CTA qualification 15 years ago, Chris began his career with KPMG in the Financial Services team. Here he focused on M&A and Tax Advisory Services for Global Life Assurance and Lloyd’s Insurance business’s such as Zurich and Aviva.
Chris joined ForrestBrown, a leading R&D Tax Consultancy in 2016. There were just over 20 employees when he joined ForrestBrown and he played a key role, seeing the business grow into the UK’s largest R&D consultancy.
He also excels at breaking down large goals into manageable tasks and delivering results for Catalyst clients. Chris is a natural communicator who is passionate about building lasting partnerships.
As a keen sports and ultra running fan, Chris is often found out in the hills training for a long event.
