Becky brings over 12 years’ experience within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Coming from a technical sales background, Becky excels at understanding complex client challenges and translating them into practical, tailored approaches to accessing innovation incentives.
Becky has worked in technical and engineering-led environments, including alongside design and CAD-related projects, giving her a practical understanding of how innovative projects develop in practice.
Her background allows her to adapt her approach depending on who she is working with, from site teams through to decision-makers and quickly understand the different challenges across a business.
At Catalyst, Becky is focused on building new relationships with businesses, supporting early conversations around their projects. Becky leads the initial identification and exploratory conversations, helping businesses to understand where R&D tax relief and innovation incentives can support their work. Always keeping things clear, Becky’s approach is straightforward and focused on client objectives.
Outside of work, Becky spends most of her time with her son and enjoys creative outlets, particularly theatre, music and dance.
