As more businesses look to navigate the complex landscape of innovation incentives, we remain committed to growing our team with exceptional people. This Spring, we have been absolutely delighted to welcome two fantastic new colleagues, Becky Gibb and Meg Roach, to the Catalyst team.
Both Becky and Meg bring a wealth of diverse experience, fresh energy, and a shared commitment to delivering straightforward, client first support. We wanted to take the time to introduce them to our growing client community.
Welcoming Becky Gibb
Becky has actually been with us a few weeks now, so she is well overdue a proper introduction! She joins us with over 12 years’ valuable experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors. With a background rooted in technical sales and engineering, she has spent years working closely with site teams, CAD designers, and senior decision makers. This hands-on understanding of how innovative projects develop in the real world makes her a perfect fit for Catalyst.
At Catalyst, Becky is focusing on building new relationships and leading those all-important early conversations. She has already made a big impact since she has joined Catalyst, where we enjoy her clear, straightforward approach when she is speaking to businesses.
Since joining, we’ve also discovered that Becky is a hidden WordPress ninja and has been incredibly helpful with some updates to our website (keep an eye out!).
Outside of work, Becky is a busy mum who loves creative outlets, with a particular passion for theatre, music, and dance.
Welcoming Meg Roach
Meg joins the team as a new Client Project Manager, bringing a diverse and impressive career path spanning project coordination, sales, business development, and relationship management. Meg recently worked within the financial services sector at BDO, where she coordinated complex projects and managed relationships with stakeholders on an international scale.
At Catalyst, Meg takes ownership of our client projects from start to finish, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and is as stress free as possible for our clients. The focus of her role is to help build the trusted, long-term relationships we pride ourselves on.
In just a couple of short weeks, Meg has already made her mark by improving our client documentation, creating new guides for our clients, and is already kicking Chris and Ben in line.
Outside of work, Meg is a highly accomplished dancer, competing at a national level and contributing to creative performance projects across the Bristol area. Soon she will be competing at the UDO World Championships in Blackpool, and everyone at Catalyst has everything crossed for her and her crew.
Please join us in giving both Becky and Meg a very warm welcome to the Catalyst team!
