We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience across the catalyst network. You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently and on time. Working closely with our internal delivery teams, you will take ownership of the client journey from onboarding through to successful completion, building trusted relationships and supporting clients as their businesses evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
You will manage the handover of new clients from the Business Development team, ensuring a smooth and well structured transition. This includes developing detailed project plans and timelines, confirming scope and ensuring all client challenges and requirements are understood from the outset.
Client Communication
You will act as primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey. You will provide regular updates, manage expectations and respond promptly to any concerns they may have. You will take the time to understand their challenges, learn their preffered methods of communication and ways of working. Depending on location, regular onsite client visits may be required.
Portfolio Management
You will maintain ongoing, regular contact with your portfolio of up to 80 clients, ensuring we understand their needs as their business evolves. By building strong relationships and maintaining communication you will help ensure clients feel supported with their innovation funding.
Internal Team Coordination
You will take ownership of the delivery process, coordinating internal client project teams and facilitating clear communication across the business. This will help to ensure internal teams are set up to meet client deadlines.
Build our client Network
By developing a strong understanding of each clients business, you will identify opportunities within their wider network that could potentially benefit from our support.
Problem Solving
You will proactively identify, manage and resolve any issues that arise during the claim process.
Continuous Improvement
You will actively seek client feedback following project delivery, using this to identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement best practice across the team.
